I wanted to see if I can make the 7* series look a bit like the 6*series it's build from,so I mocked up the distinctive 62 headlights on the cruiza to see how it might look!
The centre part get smaller by a whole 26cm!!
What do you think?,any sugestions!

Uh oh the train just jumped off the tracks:rolleyes:
Stick with the originals:D

I asked for a honest opinion, and thats what I got!I love them round lights!!

Finish it off with some nice bright spotties on the ARB bullbar which will be really usefull out where you are;)

The square headlights push the weirdness to far. Go with round. Got any new side pics?

Ya go rounds .. if you really like sqaure, go with single ones as hi lux or mini trucks options .. and safe space ..

I didn't work on the truck for the past two days.Hopefully I'll make some time to start again work tomorow,I need to be wheell'in by the weekend.I don't think I'll make it to build a ARB copy front bumper, but who knows,I just might !!
I'll take more side pics tomorow!

I like roundies, but that looks way cooooool.

I got hold of a 33-12.5 on a 8inch rim for a test.It wasn't rubbing,But I will need to lift the cruiza to fit 35's.

Anybody with experience on Ironman lift kits?Brayn

You can always move the diff forward an inch by redrilling the spring perch and move the leafsprings forward into the new holes so that the 35's dont rub on the bottom of the guard where your mudflap would normally be and also hepls your approach angle cause your wheels are futher forward, also a body lift would help with fitting 35's.But see how you go with a suspension lift first but if your going to the trouble of fitting new leafsprings then you may as well move them forward an inch....:)

Things got out of hand!

I decided to stay with my first option, cut the body!
Not wanting to trash my new fenders,I took two partialy repaired fenders from a previous project, and started cutting!!!
It came out Ok,now I only need to modify inner fenders to fit. Then some bode prep work and paint.I think it will look fine with the new "wide body " look!

Tomorrow will be D-day to build the bull bar,so I asked my brother-in-law to do my "day job" so I can spend the WHOLE day, giving PHOENIX, undivided attention!!!
