Very confusing ad. Is it for sale? Is there a body? Is there a trans/tc?

Sorry for the confusion. I've been confused all my life. Rig not for sale but would be interested for a trade for a upgraded or restored daily driver. ( four wheel db, a/c with 33 to 35's).
This project has been on going for the past year, just now getting around to post a thread.
Truck has SM465 transmission, ATLAS 4.3.1 T/C, KLUNE Under Drive, Tom Woods drive shafts, AGR Power steering pump, plus AGR rock ram, Fuel safe Fuel Cells (44 Gallon and 22 Gallon) Full chrome moly in cab cage. Chrome moly engine cage with built in tube fenders, King shocks, Body in perfect condition and ready to paint. I still need to plumb all fuel lines and oils lines due to the motor being a Dart dry sumped motor. I will post more pictures as the project progresses. Right now my main focuss is preparing fj40 for Pismo Surf and Turf in November.

Yip approximatly a year ago purchased off ebay.I thought it was going to be as simply as putting humty back together again (wishful thinking) . There was alot of high dollar parts and good fab work along with some shaddy fabrication also.

holy whack this thingss cuhrazzy

Well since I havn't made it by my friends shop where the beast is being stored for a least a couple months now, I'm considering putting it up for sale. Would like to get some opinions on what its worth? As stated lots of good parts, huge Ron Davis radiator,Dan Olson pan, miles of steel braided lines & fittings, dual winches,Deist seats,Oasis compressor, all new rubber seals,8 King shocks and a few parts. Tailgate in perfect condition along with body. Would like some input

Reminds me of Dr. Frank's Frankencruiser, especially the part about the sump for the motor. I had the stock seats from it in my 45 for a while, and am currently running the trans tunnel from it in the 45.

It was a grand dream from a man with grand dreams.

Yes I purchased the truck from Frank. Did you ever see the truck when it was driveable? Would like to have some pics of it , since I received it in pieces. I've talked to a few other people that have stated they purchased parts from this truck during it's transformation also.

Frank brought the truck to the Bakersfield Landcruiser Rally 4 or 5 years ago. As I recall, there was a minor fire onboard shortly after it pulled in off the street, and Frank used the onboard halon supporession system to put it out.

I had seen the truck a couple of times in the shop where the fabricator was building it, which is when I went to pick up the trans hump, mirror arms [which are on my 40] the roof [which went to tornadoalleycruiser] and a couple of other items I can't remember at the moment.

I never saw the truck in it's earlier restoration phase. Frank told me he left a LOT of money at SOR during that phase.

There were some pics of it over on Pirate 4x4 from the 45 run back in '04 IIRC. You might want to contact orangefj45 about that.

Onboard Halon supression system? Ok. We're gonna need pics of that.. and preferable of it supressing the fire..
That roof want on to Proffits and I got one from Indiana..
