you might want to check out the aeroturbine mufflers. They supposedly sound great and create suction using a non active airfoil which results in major exhaust temp drop (150 degrees) They are lifetime guaranteed and look great to boot.

...One more thing. Is it possible to install 3 inch exhaust from the turbo all the way back on the prado?

likely not unless its body lifted as it is very tight in areas leading all the way to the back

did mine on the weekend 3 in inlet and outlet, but the guys at the exhaust shop wouldn't go 3 in from the turbo down, they said there wasn't enough room, so just behind the front tire its 3 in and exits just in front of the rear tire.
Honestly it made a marginal improvement I was expecting more, as the stock exhaust is so restrictive. One thing I noticed right away is that it runs 10 degrees cooler and doesn't hardly budge on long hard hills. Also it still surges at full boost full load, I'd like to get rid of the electronic part of the fuel injection, it just doesn't seem to know what to do. Hit a boost spike of 20 today also, really surprised me.
