Strange indeed..

I was considering replacing my blue sea ACR with their IC version of power-gate.. what I like about the blue sea ACR is that with a flick of a switch I can remove it completely from the circuit for heavy winching.. I am not sure if that is possible with the power-gate..
I believe that is possible with the isolator/combiner listed on their website, basically it appears to be a $30 option you add to the isolator when you order.

Also check out www.hellroaring.com - their unit is very good and proven, and in use by many members of this board. I love it so much I have it in both my Crusiers. It looks like it would meet all of your needs.

Thanks,

@Rich

Recently, it's been acting a little weird (no auto charging/switching and cycling on manual combine).. Blue Sea offered to replace it right away without even asking how long I had it (it's been probably over a year now).. I want to make sure that the ACR is the cause of the problem first before sending it for a replacement.. I have an extra brand new ACR laying around so I'll have it installed after checking all the wiring, voltage etc and see what happens.. After opening up the cover of the electronic part of the ACR and we noticed some residue on the plastic and on the electronics board.. maybe some water made it inside or one of the chips is burnt or something..

I suspect that someone at Toyota's shop played with my dual battery setup as I found the position of the cabin switch changed and some hand prints on the dusty manual switch in the engine compartment..
