Post up your campsite pics!

This is Yosh's first time out camping in America. She couldn't find the fascination behind going out and sitting in the dirt.. when she came from a country where people lived out in the dirt. She thought us americans were silly! Now she's just as addicted as me! She no longer wears the funny socks with sandals! She also doesn't need a campground with facilities, she can do primitive camping. I've broken her in bigtime! Or ruined her! However you wanna look at it! All within 1 year of camping!

Erendera, MX (Baja 250) It was a little cold but I bet this would be sweet next month! Right on the water probably the site of a future house but for now it's a Palapa and a fire pit on a small cliff overlooking the Pacific.

Here are a few from The Valley of the Moon in San Diego as well as a more recent one from across the highway. Sorry for the quality. I just took a picture of a pic in my photo album. You remember, film :D

A change in latitude to Colombia's eastern plains.

1. Forced camp literally on the middle of the road after a steering box problem in a NON-toyota (36 hours broken down, but all managed to remain in good spirits).
2. top of the hill camp on the arid but beautiful eastern plains.

There's a chance I'll be moving to SOCAL-Carlsbad soon; been browsing this forum -- will sure be missing this scenery, but anxious to go offroading in California.

Pic#1: My favorite campsite, and girl, and dog, and Scout.

Pic#2: Imagine a warm, humid, sweet-smelling breeze wafting through your palapa, while you sip an ice-cold Pacifico and gaze out at the bahia. Muy tranquilo.:smokin:
