Ok here's something a little awesome. I went to a cattle farm during the holidays and they use this for herding cattle. MWB, Second row seats and I have no idea what engine. It was a diesel though.... it looks like something out of mad max!



It's a shame I didn't get any decent pics of it.... I only had my phone on me. At the farm, they had plenty of 100 series ute chops. I counted 4 dual cabs!!! One had a crane on the back and the whole time I got to drove a hzj79. It was a dream to drive compared to my 40 (power steering, 1hz, coil sprung front) :D

can you take pics of your hoop for the rear bed? i really like the look. simple and clean and functional. i want to make a topper for my trayback. yours and Charles are the 2 cleanest i have seen.

The hoop for the bed, I take it you mean the headache rack or canopy frame on the tray? i had to remove the headache rack for the frame to fit.
Ill grab some pics. of the mounts and bends?
I picked the frame and canopy up for around $300 or something from memory

Just a canvas to be made new is around $1200 and that again for a frame.

It is powered by a 13BT (3.4 turbo diesel)
Mods include:
converted to coil spring suspension,
ARB rear air locker,
T-Max 24V winch,
all round skid plates,
custom front / rear bumpers,
custom side bars,
and a K&N Intake System

I own this 1985 Bj73, 3,4D. I have buildt it up from stock all my self!

2" Ironman Suspension, Ironman Snorkel, Fiberglass windshield, 15x10 Rock Crawler rimes ET -45, home made stainless steel 6mm spacer, 33/12,5-15 Cooper Discovere STT, homemade stainless steel exhaust(Ø51x1,5mm), home made stainless steel bullbar(sometimes), currently a noname winch bumber in steel, Nordic 12500lb winch, 2x Britax 100W 24V frontlight and a lot more.
