Post 1979 Front Crossmember Body Patch

Does anyone know of a place in North America that makes a similar patch? This is exactly what I need but haven't been able to find anything in NA.

Front Cross Member Post-1979

Suits all 40 Series models post-1979, that have the fuel tank inside the cab. Replaces cross member at front under the cab. Australian made zinc coated sheet metal.
