Need me to call you really early ? :D :D :D

 It might help! I've got to get me some monster to shotgun as soon as I get up at 5:00. That will keep me up!

Johnny, one thing i just thought about.

Need some rivets for the data stuff.

I've got the rivet gun and rivets in the garage. I'll make sure to bring them.

just throwing out some ideas.
need any tape, heat shrink, connectors, or wire loom for the electrical?
any hoses/clamps need replacing. groments or putty for the firewall.
taps to chase threads.

Back on track. Here is the order of operations as I see it at this time. Let me know what y'all think.

  1. Remove hood and front fenders
  2. Sand and spray hood and front fenders with white Raptor liner
  3. Remove windshield, doors, rear hatch, tailgate and rear quarter windows
  4. Cut off roof at the bottom of the pillars
  5. Drive around the yard for a bit, maybe take a video
  6. Pull the truck into the shop, into the rotary lift
  7. Disconnect fuel lines, brake lines, clutch lines, ebrake cable and rear locker
  8. Unbolt body from frame
  9. Lift old body off of rolling chassis, make sure that everything is disconnected
  10. Roll out rolling chassis
  11. Cut old body up into little pieces, then remove to scrap pile
  12. Load new body onto lift
  13. Roll rolling chassis back under new body
  14. Hook everything back up

I have some heat shrink, but any connectors should be duplicated in my wiring harness, so we should have everything we need there. I am going to pick up more fluids tomorrow. I do need some body caulk, so what should I get? I know I can't get silicon based stuff.

either napa (500 B Old Apex Rd) or carquest in (airport rd/54) should have some seam chalk/sealer.

is the windshield gasket good? do you have 12-15 foot of some twine to reinstall the windshiled and side windows.

Windshield gasket is good. Have small rope for the window gaskets. I'm going to cruise the auto parts stores later today to see if I missed anything.

i'll bring my sawsall to help with the deconstruction. if your going to cut up the whole thing, i could use a piece or two of the floor ( about 39" x 18") if it is solid, for a project i am working on.

Darin called dibs on the roof and I don't need any of it. If you can find a piece you like, be my guest:hillbilly:

I'm going to call this tool repair place today and see if they stock a switch for my grinder. Maybe I can get it up and running for tomorrow.

Put that plasma torch to good use fellas' :)
