Dropped my grinder off at J+S Tool Repair here in Raleigh. Found out that I'm still covered under the 3 year manufacturer's warranty, so not only will they fix it for free, but they'll ship it back to me free as well. I'm pumped:bounce:

Picked up a bottle of brake fluid, a tube of seam sealer, two cans of brake cleaner and another roll of rags. Should be in pretty good shape:D

Antifreeze, or are you using the old ?

Packed and ready. I figure we won't need to remove the core support so we shouldn't loose too much.

Today I took everything out of the cruiser, cleaned up the HVAC system, built the newly painted doors and installed them, then gutted the old doors. I loaded everything up into the cruiser and now Laura and I are finishing up our menu for tomorrow:
- 10 pack of Monster
- Breakfast Muffins ( courtesy of Laura )
- Cheese Burgers ( mixed by yours truly )
- Hot Dogs
- Doritos
- Cupcakes ( courtesy of Laura )

Rest well gentlemen, see you in the morning.

Just got home.... long day for sure but the truck looks great now.

I had a great time today. Good seeing everybody again and meeting Christian. Finally have some pics to prove it happened. ;) Thanks Daren for hosting and Johhny for the food, it was a lot of fun. Moonshine looks great in her new skin. And Daren, next time don't invite a bunch of guys over on your anniversary! Hope your not sleeping in the garage!

So,

Overall i would say this was a success. Johnny i hope you are happy with the way it turned out.

And for all that showed up either just once or for both a big thanks from me. Hopefully everyone had enough to eat.

no Johnny? those guys from ny are always late!

Hey hey hey, Eric and I rolled up not 10 minutes after he posted that. Not too shabby:D

They are done and heading home now.

A long day is forsure.

Plenty of pics were taken just not by me.

I am in the doghouse though big time.

Long day does not describe it. An incredible amount of work got done! I'm not sure if a body swap has ever been done faster!

Darin, I cannot thank you enough for everything. First and foremost, your hospitality knows no bounds. Your knowledge of cruisers is unquestionable and your shop is the perfect venue. I hope Robin wasn't too mad at you for spending the whole day in the shop with us.:o

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to help yesterday! My truck has been reborn. Yesterday, she transformed from this:
