Ok, I am back! The Franken-Truck is officially available for sale. I recently had the master clutch cylinder replaced and the truck is driving great. It has been hard to come to grips with letting this truck go, which is why it has taken so long to get the interior pics up. But here they are, and I would love to get this awesome truck to a good home that will love it as much as I have.

What is the history in the two tone body paneling?

This truck was built from two different trucks. The original truck was a 1985 BJ 60 that I bought from a guy on Vancouver Island and imported into the US because I wanted a diesel. After daily driving it for 8 or 9 years the frame rust started to get bad. So I found a 1989 FJ62 and had my mechanic combine the two trucks into one. I wanted to keep the fenders because of the G insignia. Thus we have a 1985-89 BJ62.

I Gotcha, now I follow your description better. The diesel is very cool. I wish biodiesel was more readily available, that would be awesome. Wish I could afford, it's a nice truck!

Question, thinking of putting 3B with turbo in a 55. Curious what highway speeds are ? Would put a 5 speed behind it. Thanks.
