A. Oil drain plug
B. Copper fuel rail washers?
C. Exhaust flange
D. ?
E. ?

It's been a few years since I did a HG job.

A is the oil pan bolt gasket
B is the crush washers for diffs tcase
C I don't know hard to tell maybe thermostats gasket or pipe o ring
E I don't believe is used for 80
D I think maybe egr pipe gaskets?

B could also be fuel as mention depends on size

C is black rubber. It's part of the exhaust?

I wonder if E is for earlier model 80s O2 sensors.

If B is larger than a quarter than @ajax1 is correct about the diff crush washers

Rubber would not be for exhaust:doh:

I've never used d before as I can recall on all the builds I've done, might be for pair system on 93 94 or for 3fe

Would c go around your thermostat that's all I can think of its got a grove in the middle right? Not a typical Oring correct? Hard to tell by pic

C is not the thermostat gasket. It's smaller diameter and thicker.

Is it a round Oring if so there is one that goes on Th pipe by the thermostat that connects both haves but there should be two one for top one for bottom and there is one other spot for just one on the cooling where the pipe I just described plugs into the top piece on the back side

I m pretty sure the two metal go to egr one where pipe conects by the pesky and one on top where connects to manifold, behind the thermostat housing is a Oring spot but if that has a cut out in the middle like thermostat gasket then no idea

C looks like the replaceable gasket for the oil fill cap.
D maybe the gasket where the metal pipes join the PAIR valve on a 93-94 1FZ?

Edit: does C have a small bump running around the flat surface that is down against the paper? If so I'm pretty sure about oil fill cap. The bump goes down against the valve cover side.

For what it's worth I had B and C left over when I did my rebuild, also didn't know where they went and was too embarrassed to ask....
I beleive D is part of the hose that runs out of pair? And E is egr or exhaust side somewhere

See the pic:
From the top to bottom are:
1- Oil pan gasket
2- Steel crush washers for front/rear diffs (I put two of them side-by-side; the sides on these are different, there's a front and back. The flat side faces the nut.)
3- aluminum crush washer for transfer case
4- transmission pan crush washer (this one also has a flat side and a contoured side like the differential crush washers, and installs with the flat side towards the nut. 15 ft-lbs only!)
5- thermostat o-ring

Sorry I can't tell you what the stuff actually is but I thought I'd post a pic of what I've got.

I just ordered the full hg gasket kit. I didnt know either because it does look different than the thermostat gasket...but they said it is. My old thermostat gasket has a groove inside too..but its mashed and hard to tell
