Playing "Where's Waldo" with the 100 Series windshield wiper motor

I asked my mechanic to replace the windshield wiper motor since it was broken (fuses, electrical is fine, motor died). He contacted 20 or so other shops around the US and said he could not find one anywhere. Even the aftermarket motors didn't fit correctly.

I've also checked myself but I haven't found any OEM windshield wiper motors that are available. I click on a Toyota site that says that they have them, but they all end up out of stock.

Do any of you have a site that you go to that has these OEM wiper motors in stock? I'd like to end my dependency on Rain-X.

Junkyards? SOR? Get one from a dry climate where no one uses the wipers much. How about Partsouq or megazip?
