PITA PO and rounded bolts

I’m not sure if the previous owner actually stripped and rounded every bolt on purpose or if they were using SAE tools. Seven out of about 12 nuts and bolts were completely rounded off. Even the little ground bolt near the battery.

I had to pay a welder to come finish the last one that I could not remove.

And go to the doc and get some fingertip vice grips.
