I have set my own date and made RV reservation for Nov 1-4,regardless who shows up i will be there hope to see some of you nice folks at the beach,my kids are excited and planning what to do when we get there.
I will be camping at Pole 6 just like every year if anyone is coming or any group who needs help with something just PM me and i will try to help out anyway i could.

Mile pole 6. There has been a sign, but you can't see it from too far away. Not sure if that sign is still around. It may have gone the way of the original S&T.

You're good, The date has been finalized as November 2-4 and the Location is the same as usual, at pole 6. You are right on the money.

After going to all of the Surf N Turf's since Jim started it, i'm not gonna miss out on this year or the next 30 years.
You can talk about moving the dates all you want - US locals will be there the first weekend of Nov as usual.
My vacation pick is already locked in and i don't bring out all the wood for some other days/dates.
If the weather is crappy, i'll make the fire bigger. Problem solved
Now excuse me while i make room for bigger meats on my 80
i love me some flotation. . . .

I plan to attend, I'm looking forward to meeting some fellow mud members, but as this is my first time, what should I expect/bring/prepare for?
I've been to the dunes before in various rigs/quads/rails, quite a lot actually, but not for a very long while. And never in a 40 so I might as well be stating from scratch.
Any info will be appreciated.
