Been there and done that while at ASU and for a few years after before moving back to CO. Try it in a ‘54 Corvette with a tattered top or a ‘70 Porsche with a black top, black interior and no a/c. Also a ‘49 Jeepster, ‘66 Datsun 1600 and a ‘70 Bug w/o air. Only had two cars with a/c the whole time we lived there. Worst are the summer monsoons when it rains while afternoon temps top 100 degrees.

I think everyone was waiting to make plans and you picked a good week. With that said, it's a bad week for us. Jeri leaves for Florida that next week. We're kicking around ideas where both of us can go, so don't count us out yet. I wonder how many 55s are planning to make it? This might be the record year.
Assuming RUSH gets his Pig reassembled (certainly hope so) I think all but one of those signed up so far is a Pig Pilot.

Just got clued in to the NM party! I gotta get the official approval from the boss, but don't know how I don't make this event. It's only a few hours from home and I drive through Antonito a few times a year anyway. Will be doing another Colorado trip at some point over the summer, and the wife sets the table on that one, so as long as this doesn't conflict with that, I'll be there.

I’m in with a Buddy of mine. After some bartering with my minister of war and finance(wife). Had to trade for a girls week away!! Worth it! Just need to try to button up my pig or I have a plan B. Either way I’m in!!
