Hey IH8MUD Forum,

Any opinions on what you think I should do to this LC200...

Thanks!

Yes, sign the title over to me :) Beautiful rig and I would start with some bigger tires, then sliders, then lift, then front/rear bumpers, supercharger...well, you get the picture.

What are you going to use it for?
Using it for a daily commuter, about 80% of the time highway and city roads, 20% is spent off-road, ranch, beach, fishing and the occasional small off road trips to South Texas.

I want to achieve a 2.5" Lift, that is perfectly leveled. Looking at ICON lift kit, OME 2722 Rear Shocks...and throwing some 285//70/18 Toyo Open Country M/T, i plan to add an ARB Sahara Front bar as well down the road.

Trying to go for a more aggressive look, yet maintaining a clean look. +25 Offset on the wheels, I think will make the wheels fit flush with the wheel well...

what do you think? Perhaps you have any pics of some LC200's that have been lifted?

My advice would be to stay away from the Toyo's. They are loud and wear unevenly. BFG KO's, Duratracs, Cooper AT3's are all great choices. My top five would be:

  1. 2 inch lift
  2. Tires
  3. Sliders
  4. Air compressor
  5. Dual battery

= D

Definitely new tires - are they still putting on those silly dunlops for 2017? I had uneven treadwear after only ~20K even with rotating.
