I like the look with the spray on coating where the flares were! I've already replaced both front flares and spent probably $800. I suppose if I ripped off 2 or 3 in a short time period, I would have ripped the last one off. But since I lost one, I couldnt muster the balls to rip off 3 good one. Then 2 years later and whoops, damn trees!. Anyways, nice rigs guys.

I think a flareless 80 looks closer to a early 100 than a 60.

It's time to bring this thread back from the dead!!! I'm betting a lot of people, like myself, are debating on whether or not to do this. Keep posting up our rigs!

^^thats awesome!!!

One of my best friends has a blue 2007 FZ8J80 without the flares, he painted the area that the flares covered black with regular paint. Dont know what he used to fill the holes. What did you use???

I think the body lines look so much better without flares! I'm just not sold yet on the liner. These are some really nice rigs though!

I'll play:

I think the liner is just the cheaper/easier way to go for us Doit-Urselfers. Here's a picture of my friends Lexus which he took to a body shop for the work. He had all the holes welded and then painted to match the rest of the rig.
