I ordered a kit on the 3rd of December last year and I have had no reply since he messaged and said he would refund me. I bought the wrong kit so I wanted a refund to then order the right kit. I have sent emails and messages. It pretty bad service has anyone any idea what the sea is with this guy?

I'm in the same boat. I've received my lift kit and orders from Dubai that I placed two weeks after placing this order and I'm still waiting for these LED's. I got an email stating there's a shipping code for it yet it hasn't updated for a week. Emailed him twice with no response.

I also have emailed him about a defective reverse light, I tried his website and even tried on his Facebook account. No replies. Not much customer service at all.

I bought some LED's from amazon and they werent bright at all. Looked on here and everyone was raving about how bright his LED's are.

These can be too bright for some people and the seem to sell out a lot. But the warm white is not harsh on your eyes but they do put out a LOT of light.
Amazon product ASIN B00EL13ISABe warned though, mine are dramatically brighter than stock, so if you just wanted to go LED and have stock output these will not fit that bill. They are an array of LEDs and each one on the board is 18 lumen. The color temp is correct for Stock but the output is likely around 4 to 5x what you are used to.

Cool. Does this replace the two dome lights? Do they have a map light? Looks like the same set up as pfran.

They work in the map light but i think they are too bright there. I still use one there because it still is nice to have that bright of a light(but guard our eyes). These are not the same lights as pfran as those pictures always show super white and these are warm white. Think traditional candle light color not the bluish color you see so often with led lights. For the map light I would try to get this in red..

They're unavailable but I'm looking at the same size in different colors, red seems like a good idea. Did you replace the dome lights?

Remember the map light has lenses to direct the light. The LEDs array like this will flood not really be spot.

I'm still very happy with my ebay LED's. Bought an array of LED's for my Tundra as well and it only cost me $10.

I placed an order a month ago. I sent an e-mail after two weeks and another today. No response to either e-mail.

I know Covid-19 is affecting some business operations, but customer support can be done from any where.

So, its been a month since i ordered also and have since wrote an email requesting an update on the order.. so far no response.
i've ordered from him in the past and he's responded with fast shipping. I wonder, what's going on with him..
