Hi,
I want to do the 90K (belt, water pump...etc) before the cold is here
Do you know a good place to order parts ?
A place which accepts to send parts to Canada.
I had a good contact in Florida but I lost the name
Thanks

Where are you in Canada? I'm canadian, but live on the usa border so I have Cruiserdan or Beno from American Toyota ship directly to Ship Happens ($5 pickup charge).

If you're north of the border, I do believe they will ship there too. Just do a search for their names and pm them a msg, they'll tell ya!

Yes, parts are for my LC100
I'm close to Ottawa, on the Québec side.
Usually I asked for parts to be shipped to UPS Ogdensburg NY, but I can't drive yet (motobike accident).
Cruiserdan does not ship to Canada.
I found Auto Parts in Canada! - Canada Auto Parts Online ... don't know if their prices are correct or not
They have a complete kit (Aisin pump, Mitsubishi belt and Koyo bearings):

price is 370 cad$, shipping included ... good price ?

I'll ask beno if he's ok to ship to Canada... I would prefer to order to a man known here

Thanks guys

Just curious if there are any changes to the part status in Canada.

I used to order from Sewell. The are no longer shipping parts. Had a good relationship at the dealership, but they are all getting greedy and are no longer offering a discount - even after spending close to $1000 in the last two weeks. And with an aging fleet, I buy parts very regularly.

I tried all dealers in the area. I also noticed that some seem to charge above list! Or at least what is listed as MSRP online - which is almost 2x of typical pricing in the US.

Does anyone have any good suggestions for OEM parts to my door? I've used lexuspartsdirect.ca and toyotapartsdirect.ca, but the S&H is about as much as the discount they are offering. But it at least offers convenience.

Thanks!

Here in Canada we are basically limited to overseas vendors like Partsouq and Amayama. Megazip seems to be another option but I have never used it. Rule of thumb, Partsouq for light items that you want quick. Amayama for heavier stuff but will take longer to arrive.

Amazon, rock auto, dealer

Thanks for the replies.

Partsouq is new to me. I will look into this. (edit: Used it many times since this reply. Very happy customer here.)

Amazon has been my first go-to (timing belt kit etc). But the selection of OEM parts is rather limited.

Just a heads-up for anyone looking for parts in Canada. Toyota is dealing with a major disruption in supply of parts. If you need something urgently right now, I would recommend ordering from outside of Canada (Partsouq, Rockauto etc). I've been waiting for 8 weeks for a new OEM windshield (non 100 series). No indication on when it will be here.

Very little info at the dealership, but here is a recent news article:

Yeah, I ordered a few brake rebuild kits from them about 3 months ago. They gave me a call that the parts are in yesterday. I rebuilt them with partsouq parts about 2.5 months ago.

Toyota Canada sucks so bad.

Toyota Canada is a joke and the local dealer is even more of joke. This has been going on since May. And with how rare 100 series parts are in Canada, basically anything OEM will need to come from USA or international. Ordered some CVs from the London online warehouse in June and after waiting a month, I gave up and canceled the order. Crazy to hear this problem is still going on.
