Hi there,

Quick part nr. question: I'd need a new clutch disc for my 62 FJ40. The '65 parts book I have says part nr. 31250-55030. This is unknown at the dealer.

Online I found the replacement nr. 31250-36343. Is this correct and will it fit my 62?

Yup, that's the correct number. Actually, both are correct but the old number was replaced by 31250-55031 which was then replaced by 31250-36343.

You're parts guy should have seen that 31250-55030 was replaced by 31250-36343.

Nope, he said the number didn't exist in his system. Will order the new partnr. I guess it will be the one with springs and not the one with rubber buffers.
