Part 2 of something I've been workin' on...

So, here ya go. I went down to the local Hose shop (named "EVCO. House of Hose."). Picked me up 12" of rubber-ish hose (I can't really remember what the crap it's made out of...) and one 3" to 3" hose adapter and voila! Snorkel is done. Gotta test it for leaks, but I think it turned out pretty sweet. The hose is even made by GoodYear... ;p

On another note, the carb is back off because I spotted it leaking around the base and wouldn't you know it--there's supposed to be a gasket under the heat shield/spacer and a gasket between the heat shield and the carb... Hmmm. And while I was making those gaskets out of some gasket material, I noticed that the tube that comes out of the heat shield is fawkin' cracked and movin' all over... So now i need one of those. Anyway, atleast it's progress.

I also got my little bro who works down at the local Vatozone grab me a spacer for my battery so I can attach it properly. Just gotta pick it up from him...

Next up is my fawkin' shocks and wirin' up the lockers (assuming she runs pretty good after the carby is back on.)
