Front part of body rust

There is a nail that came through what to do?
Any new old parts to replace it?

Are you referring to the bolt circled in red? It looks like it just is poking through the gap between the radiator support and the wheel well. Just push it up and see if you can pull it out from under the battery tray. You may need to remove the battery tray for access if you can't reach it. It doesn't look like there is anything broken by that body mount, although the body mount does look dry and cracked.
