pulled all the fuses and they didnt turn off. disconnected the winch cable to see if that would fix as i just wired that up. still didnt work. disconnected the fog lights as they are wired into the parking light circuit but only for power to the switch. i just disconnected the battery for now.
are the relays behind the glove box?

You pulled all of the fuses??? From both fuse blocks?
Put them all back in , reconnect the battery and try pulling just the large EFI MAIN fuse from the fuse block in the engine bay.[/QUOTE
haha not at all once. 1 at a time. i will try the efi main right now.
How many volts at the battery? Mine did this when it got low FWIW
still nothing, the lights remain on with the efi main fuse yanked. wtf.
also why wouldnt they turn off pulling the fuses?
