I have my rear winch write up on Stellar Built on 37s thread.Nice. Now you need to start a thread about your rear winch….
I planned for 5-7 inches of correction between the hole position combos on the two brackets I designed. If you were to use just the axle side bracket, the bottom hole provides ~3.25 inches of correction. The challenge I had with this bracket is that it is meant to sit "inside" of the existing axle side panhard mount; the stock bolt is reused and welded in-place to provide strength. This means that the new bolt hole (and the entire bushing housing) has to be above the red line shown below. Even if you did a Delta style bracket that you weld directly onto that top edge (rather than sitting inside) you are limited in how low you can make that connection point. This topic needs more attention, particularly for those that have more aggressive lifts. The 80-series community found the nirvana that this kind of part can bring to better control rear axle lateral movement.
@GJamisonUT custom built drop bracket and lift panhard brackets for his setup. He has the CAD files and may be able to reproduce them rather easily. It would require welding however.

Builds - 2010 LX 570 -AHC Delete, Tundra Swap, 4.5" BDS Lift
Hey all. I am happy to say that I have a lot of progress to share. I was finally able to take my LX out for a "shakedown" trip after completing the planned modifications to the panhard and upper trailing arms. I am still working on the RLC rear bumper...as you can see I only have it partially...forum.ih8mud.com

I'd be interested to know if 3.25 inches of adjustment would do the trick for those of you with lifted 200 series, and if not how far off that is from what you all need. If it's close enough that minor adjustments to the design would work for the community I'd consider some options to make it available to others.

Yep, 100 and 200 series in about a month and a half (depending on bend shop schedule).Just wanted to jump on this thread to see if there is any movement on the relocation bracket being produced.
awesome, I'm in for one!Yep, 100 and 200 series in about a month and a half (depending on bend shop schedule).
as a matter of fact, yes! finalized the schedule on the vehicles - 100 comes in first, but both should be in the final design stage here shortly.any updates on eimkeith ?
also, just received factory lower link mounts from Toyota to make lower link reinforcement skids (LLS) for both series.as a matter of fact, yes! finalized the schedule on the vehicles - 100 comes in first, but both should be in the final design stage here shortly.![]()
If you need any vehicles to test fit some of these items, let me know I'm very localalso, just received factory lower link mounts from Toyota to make lower link reinforcement skids (LLS) for both series.
Add my to list also. Is it going to be bolt in? I love the 4crawler drop bracket on my Surf, looking for something similar. If you need any vehicles to test fit some of these items, let me know I'm very local![]()
definitely not crazy about drop brackets as correction on these platforms! What year Surf?Add my to list also. Is it going to be bolt in? I love the 4crawler drop bracket on my Surf, looking for something similar.
