I have a 2013 LC200. This morning the dash looked like a Christmas tree. My OBD scanner says that I have a the following error codes -- P0778 and P2716 - Pressure Control Solenoid "B" Electrical and "D" Electrical. Seems strange that both would go at exactly the same time. Any suggestions for tackling the issue?

Agree that appearing at the same time is coincidental. I'd start with a fluid level check since that has the potential to be a problem which could trigger both codes.
