I've been following this from the beginning. These are exactly what I envision as the perfect rockslider/step. My wife insists that we have a step...Put me on the list,,, and I have a 2006 White LX with the AHC so I can't wait to see your white sliders mounted up. I think might have to go that route! And the lights... The lights are perfect! As an addition... I sell a commercial grade exterior 12" wide Non-Skid Tape. We only show it by the roll on our website but I can sell it by the foot from my store.

Sliders are looking good! Please post up more pics from different angles when the local test fit sets are done.

Do you have any idea what month these might come out?

Wow, these look great. Sign me up please!

Hopefully some test fits this weekend then off to get powder coated.

It will probably be a few months at least before they start shipping. I have a ton on my plate right now and building these is super time consuming. I still need to figure out freight shipping too. Hopefully soon though!

Just out of curiosity... Have we got total weight of these slider's?

I haven't weighed the final version, but I'd say they're less than 80lbs per side. I'll get a final number soon.

First non Owl Expedition 100 test fit went well today. The spacing between the body and the slider was slightly different, but within 1/8" of the 1/2" that it's supposed to be. Because this design doesn't allow for adjustability, I think it's just going to be the nature of the beast based on small variances in each vehicle. Visually you can't tell.

Awesome!! Can’t wait to see them listed so I can place an order 🙂

Love these. Will be ordering a set as soon as they are available.

Is there a possibility for a cheaper price point if we come pick them up and you don't have to ship them?

The price isn't totally settled yet, but the sub $600 goal is before shipping. So picking them up is definitely the cheapest and easiest. I imagine shopping will be around $200 or more.

Second test fit today! @89BIGBLUE

So my vehicle is an '06 and the two testers have been 04 I believe and 98. Both those trucks had a slightly thicker passenger side front frame rail while mine was symmetrical on both sides in the front. They still fit, but take a bit more finesse to get that one front side bolted up. I think @89BIGBLUE and I found a good technique, but it's something to know.

These look absolutely awesome!!! Keep up the excellent work....

Looking great Rami. Wish I was still local to partake in the test fitting "science"

I will need to dig out the third row seats from the shed and “heft” them again, but mentioned to @Ramathorn15 that between removing them, and the factory running boards, I’m thinking it’s a fairly even weight trade for these OWL sliders.
I’m still grinning about them this evening!
I’m confident these will be my “gateway” purchase to a few more of the fine quality Owl Expedition products.
