Was an original radiator in @Trollhole 's 400k mile 80.
I'm pretty sure I once heard him say that he wasn't do squat to that truck, just to see how far it'd go, then he'd simply walk away once something blew...

A couple from today

Was testing front digs in a dirt lot with the front locker on and popped it. Oops

Obviously there were witnesses, otherwise he story would have been on a solo night run on Rattle Rock ;)

Some bobo fixes today

Which end of 60 is that on? And is the picture of the 80 going vertical on the way to it? Trying to figure out if the GX can make it. Thanks

Top of the hill on the right after you leave Trail 50 on to trail 60, the trail actually goes to the left this is just a little play area looks like

Well, after blowing up the transfer case in Moonshine, my Ferd was giving me fits once we got to brier Creek. Currently neither of my trucks run and drive properly, but I'm glad I bought a bicycle, lol.

Epic trip boys. The cabin reserved for next year's GSMTR. I hope next year we can convince a few more ONSC members to come out and play in Oliver Springs, TN.

What an awesome week, despite the rain! The cabin was KEY this year with the weather as wet as it was, though that's not terribly unusual for GSMTR, due to the time of year. I'm glad we went on Sunday so that we had a day and a half of dry weather to wheel. I was VERY pleased with how the 4Runner did on the trails, wet or not. No surprise, I got some new body damage, but that's how it goes.

There's just something about GSMTR that makes me want to come back every year and this year was no exception. I will be back next year for my 20th GSMTR, if for no other reason than getting to hang out for several days with such an awesome group of folks in the ONSC and Upstate crew that made the trek to Windrock. Hopefully everybody had as good of a time as I had!!!
