The Usman fight was as boring as a Mayweather boxing match.
Most of the other fights were pretty good despite that one robbing by the refs.

Had a really cool experience on I-40 today that I had to share here.
Laurel and I were traveling with both trucks—I was leading in the 80, she was driving the 100 with the kids. We were headed towards the coast and by the time we passed Burgaw, I spotted a heavily loaded white FJ60 traveling the same direction, predictably in the slow lane. We pulled up behind whoever it was for a short period and convoyed for a few minutes. So, for a brief period this afternoon on I-40, there was a 60, an 80, and a 100 series traveling together, just by chance. Three generations of Cruisers.
Like I said, it's probably not that big a deal, but I thought it was awesome.

So...how bout that new bronco? I personally am really liking the exterior styling. Very retro but yet with modern touches. Curious to see how well it sells...first deliveries aren't scheduled until spring so there is lots of time for predictions and debate.
I have not looked much at the power-train options but I would assume they are some repackage version of the current FI engines.

There are two available engines, both of which put up impressive numbers. The standard 2.3-liter turbocharged inline-four, shared with the Ford Ranger, produces a stout 270 horsepower and 310 pound-feet of torque. Then there's the heavy artillery: a 2.7-liter turbo V6 good for 310 hp and 400 lb-ft of torque, which betters the 2.7 offered in the Ford F-150
I would prefer a solid front but meh there will be swap kits within the first year i'd imagine.
The in development diesel from the ranger will most likely also make its way in there at some point.
Its actually kind of exciting for 4wd enthusiasts in the US. Its been a long time since there was a lot of new vehicles that are capable out of the box.

Hopefully GM will remake a K5 blazer?? Hopefully toyota will take notice/? they say the next cruiser in the US will be stripped of most of it luxury items... but they also say it will still share the build with the LX so i'd imagine it will still be huge just lighter.

Whats the one vehicle you regret selling the most and why??
I've had a lot of vehicles that i've sold and regretted it in my time. I bought and sold older "muscle" cars like candy when I was in highschool early college. They were cheap and very plentiful in southern california at the time. None of them ever felt like my cars though so i'll exclude them, even though in terms of money I lost out a lot by not keeping them, as I never had one for more than a month or two.
Next up is my 94 firebird formula. First "modern" car I had that I would call fast. 6 speed manual, rare ultra ebony leather interior, white exterior. I put quite a bit of suspension work and worked some magic on the engine. By the time I traded it in, like an idiot, It could touch the 12's in the quarter and would car up the road courses dotted around the area also. It also could get about 29 mpg all highway. Had plenty of leg and head room for someone even my size. Still not the one I miss the most.
Next up is my 92 cruiser everyone knows. I thought i'd have it forever. I didn't years of money issues and other things meant I barely drove it to more than cars and coffee as gassing it up for a long wheeling trip was becoming a hardship and it started to have some issues that I just didn't have the means to address at the time. This one is always in the back of my mind to buy back at some point in the future as it isn't being used even to this day as far as I know. Still its not the one I regret selling the most.
Next up is my 1990 big silver suburban. It had uber rare options that were part of the conversion specialty craze of the time. Wood dashes, overhead consoles, door cards, etc..... was in awesome condition except a dent in the hood and on the rear ambulance door. It had almost 300k on it and still ran like a top. I got it for a steal and being a chevy solid axle the sky was the limit to what I could do with it, only detractor on the sales was its overall size. I ended up selling it because Andrea wanted us to get another cruiser (the 100) I agreed and sold it because we had too many vehicles at that time. I would easily pick it over the 100 if I had a choice right now. Still not the biggest regret I had.
The one I regret selling the most is my 95 Chevy suburban 4x4 6.5 turbo diesel. It was almost completely bone stock but was fairly rare being a 1500 model. Only thing a 1500 model means on the diesel suburban is that it has 3/4 ton axles but in 6x5.5 and can have a 3.42 gear (which it did). I could get an average of 22mpg with this even with my driving. I could still tow 7500 with it. I could fit 9 people in it and gear easily. I could chuck things up on the roof. I drove that thing everywhere and with its mpg and huge 42 gallon tank range or cost wasn't a huge issue. It would easily do any "overland" trail out there. Upgrades where cheap if I wanted. Larger running gear out of a 1 ton would bolt right in. Kits for SAS could be had for pennies. It was stupid reliable. Had 330k when I got it today has over 400k, 425k if I remember correctly. Only major things replaced besides the normal alternator, vacuum pump,pump computer etc (that are stupid cheap) was the injection pump by the current owner last year... even that only cost $500. Everything else, engine, trans, turbo etc.... is the same as 95. I bought it off the original owner so I had all its service history.
Now the reason I regret selling it is it was completely a forced sale that I didn't have time to warm up to or want to do. The PMD went out on it when I was living here and andrea was still there. Not being able to diagnose it from so far away I had no idea what it was at the time. At the same time the trans went out on andreas jetta. We were down on money with our house payment there and my renting a place here, insurance in two different states, etc..... So I had to very quickly sell it to a friend of mine who was also the local mercedes diesel guru to pay for the new trans in the jetta. My aim has always been to get another but I can never find one at the right time and whenever i'm actively looking people want an arm and a leg because of the magic "diesel" word in the title.

It’s a Brawlee liftgate light for a Jeep JK. The curvature almost matches a FJ60 rear glass perfectly. It can be set up for 12v cig lighter adapter, wired to a switch, or wired to work with the included remote control.
My buddy got sent 2 in his order accidentally, but the company wouldn’t take the extra one back due to COVID. He gave it to me as payment for rebuilding his front axle. I never would have looked for this product otherwise, but it seems pretty awesome.
That’s awesome, I just put one on my 80 last night, I gave up at 11:30, but it’s almost finished. I can post some pictures after putting it to use tonight.

Well, we liked the first one so much that we went to the auction today and bought this one! We'll be driving the first one and building out this one. Drove it 154 miles home, first 30 miles or so in a torrential downpour, hydroplaning like nobody's business. What a blast
