We arent scared of shipping anywhere! This is a quality product and we know the customer will get his moneys worth. That being said I've never shipped out of the continental US and I want to make sure I get someone who is going to safely and resonably get this bumper to our customer across the Pacific:D

I am finishing up the layout on these rocker guards and making sure I know the changes between the early and later years. After that I will move onto headlamp protection. How many people are going to be interested in headlamp and geill protection?

im very intrested in your bumper i like it just how it is! it s nice to see a high profile good looking bumper for our trucks, i will be ordering it very soon, do you build to order or will u make a few to have ready? once again thanks!

sliders are done, except of course for the catalytic convertor area:D

We areset to build three this week. Two of which are already accounted for so we may bump production to five. Monday we will show some mock up of the higher grill and headlamp protection so hopefully you guys wanting that style will be calling and ordering then:)

I wanted mine weld on(sliders). Binksfab.com will certainly do bolt on if thats better suited for what a customer needs. Call him, woull see, hes super friendly and open to alterations to suit ur vehicle

Got bumped by a Dodge 3500, jacked up on 38s.... Rubbed off a little paint on my bumper wing, creesed the holy sh!t outa his rear factory bumper. Sorry, no pics . Didnt even bother callin insurance or anything, i told him "thanks for testing my welds" and drove away politely;)

And i may be keen on a bar shipped to AUS if the postage isn't equal to the cost of the bar. :)

Just remember to triple whatever quote you get once you add the local fees to it and all our government charges and fees and processing ect to it. trust me, im still sore from my 4x4 labs bar this wouldn't be any different, both require a pallet. Dont worry about the import tax, thats nothing compared to all the other bull**** they will hit you with.

OT: interesting bar, where have i seen this design concept before ?

Your wings are weak (really they are, just take my word for it im speaking from experience) no strength or bracing/ gussets behind the wing. If your serious about mass producing this you need to address that, constructive criticism btw.

Nice jab. Even though this bumper looks similar to another design. However seems like Binks fab is the "burger King" of this design. Seems to me he's one of the only shops thats local for us bay area guys that can build it to suit our needs. Not to many places have a plate bumper design like this that will add what you want.
Let alone a production bumper. Why do you think 4x4labs sells alot of rear bumpers and why alot of people like Seans bumpers?

I been waiting and hoping someone would produce a front bumper design with high clearance (Slee) and light protection (ARB)

Also as stated before in another thread, that you don't want your wings to rigid or it will transfer the energy to the frame and bend it.

That's not s jab. Boy there are some sensitive people on this site! :crybaby:

Did you ever think that you might be the douche:idea:
And that it is not the other people

Why do you even need to make a comment it does nothing for anyone

not sure how someone can comment on the wings being 'weak' when there are no pics showing whats going on inside the bumper where they mount? regardless, ive been a journeyman ironworker for 8 years now and build hospitals and schools that are designed to survive californias earthquakes...that doesnt make me an engineer by any means or an expert for that matter, but the wings are far from 'weak' and i can provide pics or crash videos if you have any realistic requests for 'proof'...theres over thirty years of collective fab and welding experience in this shop currently, not to mention an AWS certified welder whos beads are ultrasonic tested and magnafluxed daily at the 'day job' by FEMA CWIs...if you arent familiar, thats as stringent as quality control gets in the structural steel industry.

why dont you call slee and tell them there bumpers are 'weak' and let me know what type of responce you get:D

btw, your constructive critism is very much appreciated and wanted. you will not offend anyone here at binskfab.com. one of the main reasons this thread is here on a public forum is for that. having said that mj80, i need to know what your 'experience' is and why i need to 'trust you'? feel free to venture over to pirate4x4.com and search my screen name, youll see my last two one ton tacoma builds and further back(about ten years worth) of truck builds, about one rig a year. ive got a s*** load of experience and buckets of knowlege, thanks to public forums and the info/experience available collectively...'bink' has even more years of 'experience' and has been running a fab shop in california and previously pennsylvania since he was outta high school...

so last night, after hours, at the shop we threw together a 32' upper link and some brackets. welded that out and pulled the bolts from the rear portion of the radius arms at the axle(affectively making two 'normal' lower links). this released the suspension from the inherent bind the radius arm design had and freed up a marked amount of flex yet still went down the highway at 75 mph without issue.

in a week or two expect to see different levels of this suspension modification available. all the way fro the cheap/budget minded upper link/bracket only kit, to a setup with new lower links, the upper link and brackets, and a set of 12'' 2.5 coilovers...the rear bumper design is currently on the front burner though, and we are building the front bumpers as the orders come in...the front bumper has proven to be a success and as mentioned above, we are flexible in the design regarding headlight protection, the winch bar, no winch mount at all, etc, etc....and the base price is $850

I was talking about this comment he made

"OT: interesting bar, where have i seen this design concept before ? "
:flipoff2:

is there an issue im not aware of regarding this bumper being a copy or knockoff of another design? please keep us informed, we arent here to step on toes or offend:D i came to bink fab with some bumper ideas and binks plasma table made it vastly improved over what i could have built in my driveway with a free hand plasma, cutoff wheels and my welder...if theres a problem with the design, its my fault, not binksfab.com...let me know and thanks again for the ideas/critisms/etc

Friend jsut sent me the link on pirate for this and the link build.

For the link build and whatnot I would start a new thread. You may have some good interest and feedback. Plus not to get in the mix of a bumper thread. ;) GL

thats one good looking bumper! Can't wait to see one with headlight protection. And i may be keen on a bar shipped to AUS if the postage isn't equal to the cost of the bar. :)

can you gimme a pic(example) of what you would like and ill bend it up and show you what itll look like on these bumpers...material arrives today to build five more so ill tack it in place on a built bumper for you to check out, it wont go on mine as the center bar is too low to tie into headlight protection and not look like ass...

thanks binksfab.com !!!! so happy with how it turned out and the very reasonable pricing!!!! rocksliders start tomorow:D

Nice bumper!, the best I've seen.

"Unfortunately" I have PTO winch on front.

Congrast.
