I see the pinch, but your measurement appears to be nearly the same as Ken’s @KT40, no? I’d measure my ‘63 but it has the fixed windshield so maybe apples and oranges. If I was to straighten the windshield frame and I could remove it, I’d do that (and remove the glass). Doing that insitu seems like a good opportunity to create more problems 🤷‍♂️.

Yea I think it has something to do with the pinch bc the driver side the door closes just has very little clearance space up top, the passenger side the pinch is a little worse and that’s the side I’m having a harder problem getting the door to close. Going to measure off some other points off the cab tomorrow to see the difference on each side from each other. The front windshield header bar that is welded to the roof that sits on the windshield frame sits a half inch or so forward from the windshield frame as well and never had a great seal up front.

Hey do you have any pictures of your truck with the doors closed. Just trying to see if the gap on the upper door frame near the windshield frame stays the same or if it gets smaller as it goes up. Thanks again
Here are both doors. Attachment point on A-pillar for top hing of drivers door is bent a bit so drivers door sags a bit.

Noticed the water pump was getting loud last week and that the fan was wobbling more than I would like. Just pulled the old gm water pump and putting a new one on today. I think this water pump has been on here for at least 20-30 years
