Thought I'd post a few pics of what we've been working on for the last two years. Still shakin' out the bugs and have had a major setback with our centerforce clutch, but we're close to having it on the road, thanks to MUD! :bounce:

Looks great man. Do you have some pics of the engine bay? I would love to see the Ramjet installation, and radiator/fan setup....

Very nice.

I do have more pics and will post up when we finish our clutch fix. I plan on a build thread as well.

Bought 'em at a junk yard out of their warehouse, already pulled for $125 the pair. We think they are from a Daewoo. :hillbilly: Drivers side is electronically controlled and we think both have seat/lumbar heaters!!

Mr. Manny,

It has your wheels on it, thank you very much!

nice work. i like that deep green,it almost looks black.:cheers:

We have a ways to go yet, but the clutch problem appears to be resolved and we'll be driving it this weekend, I hope! Lots of work, lots of time, lots of $$. Lots of help and guidance from MUD!

That would be a No!, and quite possibly a Hell No! I couldn't afford another one.

Nice clean looking truck ! What kind of problems were you having with the clutch, out of curiosity ? Have fun, looking forward to the build !

what booster, master cylinder and disk brakes did you use?

(What kind of problems were you having with the clutch, out of curiosity ?)

Centerforce clutch came with centrifugal weight system, which didn't allow throw-out bearing to fully disengage clutch. Spent all day yesterday pulling tranny and clutch, removing weights and reassembling. Appears to have solved our problem. More test driving will confirm.

(what booster, master cylinder and disk brakes did you use?)

Booster from a 4-Runner, 1987 I think. Master cylinder from a '60, bought new in box off MUD. Front disks were loaded calipers and rotors from a 4 Runner, rear are Monte Carlo calipers on Poser provided brackets and Chevy truck rotors. My receipt book is in the shop, if you need more details, let me know.

Clutch problem solved with weight system remove from Advance Adapter supplied Centerforce clutch. Now testing brake system and LED rear lights.
