So here are a few pics... I hope they post and arent t big otherwise I will be hacking away until they do fit.

I went ahead and did a test paint to see what it might look like painted with the same colors and the FJ55.....What do you all think? Or maybe paint it a different town tone paint scheme also found on 55's. Also I am still waiting for the guy to deliver the rest of the roof so I can weld it on and finish doing all the needed body work.

haha thats awsome, i think with the minipig theme you should keep it like that, but white/green two tone would prolly look better.
the LJ i almost bought was a removeable hard top, full topless.

Very cool.

Are the front springs designed with a negative arch?

There is a yellow one in my 'hood. Groovy little rig, fosure. I like your two-tone paint scheme way better.

the front springs have a negative arch.... my samurai had the same arch so it might be the way they are... but i plan on finding a used set of stock samurai springs or i am also on the lookout for a set of used old man emu springs and shocks made for the samurai... the suspension is the same... except the loads are different due to the samurai weighing like 600 pounds more. The stock sami springs will lift the LJ20V a couple inches... well between 1 and 2 inches. And I will need to take a leaf out of each spring pack.

I think I am going to stay with the paint scheme.... so as soon as the top gets here and I get it wire welded on then I will do the body work and paint.
