It will. Most of an entire day anyways, depending on if you have access to a steam cleaner and a solvent tank. Most of the time spent is cleaning.

I was able to build a ~36 gallon tank out of one 4’ x 8’ x 3/16” sheet of 5052 aluminum. It also included baffles and mounts for the same pedestal style mounting setup that you have on yours.
