^^Thinking custom aluminum shortened box? Since that's about 6" longer than mine and
what I wish I had.

That poor thing has a pretty saggy ass. Looks like it has a small lift and then has been loaded with bricks....

Technically any Toyotas with a 'J' in the chassis part of the VIN is a landcruiser. Example: BJ42, FJ60, HZJ77, and yes, even the Prado with LJ78.

Personally I only consider the 70 series Prado to be a true landcruiser. The Prados after that are closer to a 4Runner although they do sadly still have the J in the VIN.

As I own a 70 series Prado, I can tell you they are pretty landcruiser-ish. All parts can be found in the heavy duty landcruiser lineup except for the engine and rear differential. The 70 series Prado even shares the same toyota repair manual as the heavy duty 70 series (RM183E).

Prado is a Land Cruiser, with a nice ride. Simple. Sadness is when guys, like the guy in the pic above, doesn't treat his
Land Cruiser with the respect it deserves and give it new springs when the old ones wear out.

to explain. slow internet posted the same posting 4 times. But I guess the website has a bug
protector and deleted the duplicates. So it happened about 2 days later.

I deleted one for you, not sure about the other two.

The green truck only has one vent cover ;)

The 45 was parked dangerously close to the Jeep behind it... it could catch something.

I was up around Chemainus on Saturday and passed a 45 with fresh lime green paint job and it had a small homemade box on the back.
It went by too fast to get a good look but could have been a 40 turned into a 45.
