That 80 has been around for a bit, it's about the best shape you are going to find these days. Every so often a pristine one pops up but they are rare. If you figure in maybe another $2K for base lining you should have yourself a very nice rig. Seems like much of the common stuff has already been handled.

High-end Kenwood sound system with the nice Toyota premium sound and Garmin built in. New'ish (<5K) Duratrec tires. Premium leather interior in perfect shape w/ Okolee front seat covers. Waterpump/timing and diff fluid done around 95K, transmission and transfer case fluid done at dealer around 125K. $14.5K

I'd throw it in my 40 if the body was shot....But it's actually in pretty decent shape

I'll tell you something about an 80. I bought Heather's 95 for $750, with lockers and a supposed blown motor. Sold the bumper for $250. Heather got a new radiator on warranty from NAPA and it was running, still is. I checked the fluids, built a bumper and sliders, new brakes and E-brake added a 2" lift. 18 months later we drive it all the time. WE CANT KILL IT!!! Really, I change the oil and keep up with fluids. THis truck is a tank, plain and simple.
