Wanted: The passenger side license plate bracket (with or without lights) for a 1981 FJ40. The kind that would fit on the ambulance door. I may also need the tire carrier for the driver's side, but @ErikinSC might have that covered...

I have a tire carrier that should work if other falls through. I get to Georgetown with family that travels to Charleston, so that could work.

Awesome, thanks! It's always good to have a backup plan. Also turns out that I have the license plate bracket - it was in the box of spare parts that came with the 40.

Wait, who has dibs? If it fits a 1981, shoot me an invoice!

@JohnVee, you're the best! I think they changed the design after 1978, so @ErikinSC may not fit my vehicle. We were planning to do a fit check this week.

I was looking at pictures on cruiserparts.net - the design was different. I think. I don't have it in front of me... I'm hoping that the mounting locations are the same.

I have a few items that I don't need anymore after selling my 72 project pig. Good news is that I bought that 76 pig that was listed on CL in cary that is in much better shape so ill still have something to work on, just don't need the parts. The parts I have are:

'74 F.5 engine. $100

fj55 body panels from bobm: ($350 for all of the parts or $400 for everything w/the motor.)
Front and rear floorboards $250
Front PS fender patch $40
body mounts $100

The tire rack I have on my 82 has larger pins than this one. Pictures may show it.
The top pic being my 82. That may be the only difference. Quality picture taken with harbor freight free flashlight and IPAD almost a camera.
