Don't get Too excited! You can't have one as it was a prototype or something. I think the dissent front bumper is the closest thing along these designs, but even that isn't ready for the LX yet. @benc maybe a group buy to kickstart things?

I would be in. And yes the bumper you like was done for SEMA by CBI and they are NOT interested in building them anymore.

New to the forumn. 2011 LX washed, clayed, and polished up. Paint has held up great over the years.

Not like I have the budget for a front bumper, but my beef with all of the bumpers I've seen for the LX is the lines - the angular lines particularly at the corners. The CBI one is my favorite but even it falls into the "too angular" category. I like the Dissent bumpers, especially for the 100 series LC, but none of them "flow" with the rest of the LX. This is hard to describe and it's compounded by me not having any background in design or art or architecture, etc. I *think* what would look best is a tube bumper with the sides and top edge/lip being rounded, but then have a plate fill to make it solid looking instead of voids between the tubing. And somehow have no upper lip or just enough upper lip for a small bull bar in front of the grill like the 100-series dissent bumpers. And clearance like the CBI one above.
I still have that nFab tube bumper available that you can easily have modified to fit your style.

New here. I have been a Toyota fan for quite a while. Started with a Tacoma in high school then bought my first new vehicle when I graduated college, a 2008 Toyota Tundra. Still have the Tundra and couldn't be happier with the reliability. Had my first child in February and decided I needed something a little more family friendly. I've been eyeballing and researching LC's and LX's for a couple of years now. Judging prices based on mileage and condition etc. Ran across this 2013 LX570, with 126k miles that an older gentleman traded in at the local dealership. The windshield was cracked, the tires were bald, the interior had a few stains in the carpet, but the exterior was immaculate. Dealer wanted to send to auction vs putting on the lot for resale. Decided to bite the bullet and couldn't be happier with the deal that I got and the truck's plush suspension and the same reliable 5.7 that I've enjoyed in my Tundra. Thank you all for the useful information I utilized to make the decision. First things I had to do was replace the windshield and get some new tread. Went with 285/55/20 Toyo Open Country AT2. Flushed the AHC fluid, greased the driveshaft, and put some weathertech floor liners throughout to cover the stains. Truck looks and feels brand new now.

One note: Toyo released Open Country AT3 this past March. All (limited) reviews and marketing materials suggest a big improvement over the AT2 you ordered. Suggest you change that order to the AT3 while you can. I've got the exact same size (in AT3) on the way myself, and my own LX is currently at the dealer for an AHC flush, drivetrain greasing, and a whole bunch of other work.

If you bought them from discount tire, you have 30 days to go throw them back through the window. In my case, I greased the manager and he let me trade in 4 months later
What size are you guys running in that Toyo? I wanted to get the 285/75/17 but it is only C rated. I have to drop down to the 285/70/17 to get an E rated tire.

285/55/20 p metric for me!
285/75/17 sounds like a nice 34” option in c rating. Unless you tow no reason to go e. unless the c only has two ply sidewall.
