I’m staying in Moab Sunday the 4th and could be up for something on Monday.

I’m staying at the KOA but won’t be there until Monday, unless I make a big push. Made it to Amarillo today.

Only made it as far as Idaho Falls and had to search for a battery. Fridge went into alert at a rest stop after 4 min of sitting.
Finding a non marine group 31 is like locating unobtanium. Finally found a Diehard that is an exact match specs and looks to my Deka. And about $50 less. Leaving Pocatello this morning after a relaxing night in the Lowes parking lot.

Any takers yet? Trying to figure out what to do tomorrow. I'm signed up for last dollar and ophir on Thursday but if I do that tomorrow then I can sign up for something else on Thursday. Not sure how long it takes ro get to telluride via last dollar to make it there by noon though.

SUPER bummed to make this post, but it's long overdue. I had to recently give up my spot for LCDC10 due to some previously unforeseen issues that came up. The GOOD news is that one of you was able to get off the waitlist.

I wanted to see if it's possible to salvage some sort of joy however and ask if anyone might be able to meet up in Moab (while in the area) the following Monday after LCDC concludes. This would be 8/5. I am hoping to put a shorter trip to Moab together with some of you fine folks and try to get my wife and kids on board while I'm at it. Just a few days. LET ME KNOW!

@BIC JET and I are here at our VRBO down by the Hot Springs. We're pretty beat after 3 days of travel and fishing so we are perhaps going to sleep in a bit tomorrow morning. We're still looking to do some sort of mild run, but I fear my original plan of Stony Pass won't work out due to timing with the opening event at 4PM. Only been to Ouray once before so not as familiar with close by trails--currently flipping through the FunTreks book trying to figure out where and when. Maybe 9-10AM start time?

Edit: Currently thinking perhaps Corkscrew Gulch/Hurricane Pass?
