The snow has turned to rain, that means it is almost spring in SW Montana
We are going to try a new (to us) trail up in the Little Belts area. NE of Bozeman by 1-1.5 hours.
NOTE: Our #1 goal/value for the club is Fun & Adventure. This means we haven't prerun the trail, we are going in blind. It could be as easy as forest service roads or it could be a tougher trail. We could have dry conditions or we could face mud/snow drifts. The trail could be wide and flat, or it could be crowded by branches and rutted. We just don't know. We've been scouting it digitally but we don't have first hand knowlege. We were trying to prerun it this weekend but the trail doesn't open until Monday (a good sign but a little late for scouting it out).
Anyone is welcome but please remember the following as the season kicks off...
We'd love to get a list of who's in and who's still on the fence?

Anyone is welcome but please remember the following as the season kicks off...
- Please bring a well sorted rig to the trail. Breaks happen (ask me how I know) but please don't bring a rig with a known-unresolved issue to the trail. Use that day to get it sorted.
- Make sure you meet the club requirements and have one hand: a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, FRS/GMRS or HAM radio, full size spare tire, solid recovery points on the front and rear of your vehicle. This is the minimum we are expecting all participants to have in good working order.
- Well behaved pets are welcome.
- Families are always welcome.
- No alcohol while on the trail.
- Bring your own food and water for the days events.
