Off Road Park in San Diego

I've been in contact with a person that is gauging the interest in an off road park in northern San Diego county. The possible location is near Valley Center.

Here is his description from Pirate:

approximately 1260 acre (1 x 2 miles) with on site trailer hookups and LOTS of rocks and some wicked hill climbs. This place would also be equipped with on site shower shacks and close to parts houses and grocery stores. Also there would be events held there (ie. WEROCK and XRRA). The cost would be $20 a day or $30 for the weekend. Trailer sites would be more.

How many of you would attend a park like that?

Also, if you have any ideas or recommendations that would be appreciated.

I'm surprised you didn't get any replies of interest.
I live up in S. Orange county. I would frequent a park like that.

Here's the last that I have seen:

Sorry that I havent given any updates.

Things are still going well on this. As of right now nothing is secured yet. July 12 I will be giving a presentation/ proposal for the park.

Until then I am working on insurance, proposals, and presentations. I really wish I had more news for you guys. I will let you know as soon as I have more information.
