Selling my Diamond solid axle setup for a 100 series. The housing and shafts were purchased through Front Range off road. These are extremely stout housings with 0.375” wall DOM tubing, billet 80 knuckle balls, 0.500” thick diff mounting flange. Parts are for a radius arm setup. This is the majority of everything to get started. All parts except housing and shafts are OEM. You will still need knuckles, hubs, spindles, seals/bearings, misc. hardware, etc., an abs relocation kit from Marks 4wd. Also understand that there will still need to be a lot of fitting and fabrication needed to complete. I can also assist with helping you find the necessary part numbers if needed. Things like spindles, 5 lug hubs are fairly easy to get. Axle could be applied to other projects as well.
Here are the details on everything.
1. Diamond housing custom built to 80 series specs for caster, 8” elocker third mounting. But was built to match the width of the 100 series 68.5” wms so it matches the width of the 100 rear without needing spacers, so it’s 5” wider (2.5” per side) than an 80 series front housing. It also features their billet 80 series knuckle balls, knuckle ball gussets, solid steering stops, and Diamonds inner axle seals, these are located on the differential side and adds a extra seal to the standard outer seal reducing the chance of an inner axle seal leak into the birfs.
2. Oem 8” elocker high pinion 3rd without elocker actuator
3. Custom RCV 4340 axle shafts/cv. I had these made to match the oem spline count so an oem cv could be used if needed.
4. Oem 80/105 spring/shock mounts for L/R side, one is brand new and the other is used in primer cleaned up and ready to install
5. New oem 79 series lateral rod bracket and frame mounts
6. New oem 79 series radius arm frame mounts (These would mount on the inner frame rails I’ve already trimmed these to roughly fit the 100 frame rail)
7. New oem L/R spring hollows
8. New Trail Tailor axle brackets: radius arm mounts, shock/spring mounts.
9. New oem L/R steering arms
10. Used oem radius arms pair
11. Used 80 series steering box, I pulled this from a pick a pull, no signs of leaks but was going to rebuild anyway. Could be used as a core or use as is.
12. Oem 80 series elocker control w/ pigtail.
