UPDATE: Bought a 100 series!
Hello Mud!
I'm looking for a fairly stock or lightly built 80-series in the southeast US. My family is looking for a vehicle to go on adventures with, and the 80 series is what I've always wanted.
Attached photo is from a BaT sale, and is a good representation of what I'm looking for.
I've got a couple WTB posts up in FB cruiser groups, so I thought adding one here as well made sense. I've engaged with people across the US, and am now thinking that I need to keep my search in the area that I can easily drive to, or even take a quick flight so I can check it out in person prior to purchasing. I've started to narrow in on what I'm looking for:
Thanks in advance,
Brandon

I've started to narrow in on what I'm looking for:
- Close to stock or lightly built: 2"-3" lift, ARB / Slee sliders & bumpers would be fine)
- 175k miles or less: this can go higher if baselining / hg replacement / knuckle rebuild / etc has taken place.
- Exterior: original paint, scratches / chips are ok. I'm fine with any color. This LC will be put to use, so a garage kept one doesn't make sense for me.
- Interior: in good condition or reupholstered.
- Little to no rust: a little surface rust is fine. Frame rust or body rust is a no go.
- Documented maintenance history - especially if mods have been made.
- Non-triple locked is fine. Not going to be a crawler.
Thanks in advance,
Brandon
