Take this word of advice....if you get sliders and start wheeling it in anything more than Cullowhee....get longfields and poly performance rears. That large and heavy a tire WILL break axles.
I did and I was on 35" MTRs.
Axles are easy to swap in an 80![]()
I hear you.... don't think it will see any hardcore action for a while maybe ever; I for now have lost my desire for being a hardcore wheeler ;p
but I am sure I will prove myself wrong at some point and pop an axle in the 80 and Mary E will divorce me![]()
