I don't get it. I thought AHC was part of the "undesirable Lexus fluff?"![]()
The fluff I'm talking about concerning LX vs. L.C. is more cosmetic than mechanical.

Or are they holding out on the LC like they did with the 100? IIRC the LC100 was only offered with AHC later in it's life cycle vs the LX470 who got it immediately.
Might be a good bet to hold off for 2-3 years on gettiing a LC200 to see what they enhance and add to it. Also gives them time sort out the gremlins given Toyotas latest round of new model releases. Additional benefit will be the aftermarket goodies that will hopefully be available.
Anybody have detailed specs on the LX570s suspension setup?
SL600? Looking like poo poo.. poo poo you will never be able to afford !!
You are correct. Oh, I cou;d buy a new one. What I couldn't afford is:
*All the trips to the dealer for repair work
*All the trips to the dealer for repair work
*All the trips to the dealer for repair work
*The financial loss of selling it a year later because it's lives in the shop.
You're right! I cannot afford a MB....ANY MB.![]()
Hey, I like Shotts old LandCruiser!!
As for the new generation S class, the interior does look like poo. Dorky dash, dorky wheel, the booty is alil on the dorky side, but i do love the new front fascia![]()
It is a bummer that it doesn't have AHC.
As for reliabilty,
I would hold off on the the 200 for at least 6 months.
The Tundra of late is having a rash of major problems.
The tranny has issues.
The tailgate is flimsy as hell (according to the members of Tundrasolutions).
The bed frame flexes.
Consumer reports noted the 4X4 version is below reliability and that because of these recent changes,
they will no longer use "predicted reliabilty" of Toyotas in their future scoring.

You two should go wheeling together.
Hey, I wish I could get Shotts to come over and convince my inop NAV unit that it can't be broken, it's a Toyota !!!
