Seller put this back on ebay after the previous high bidder didn't follow through. There was a PPI which turned up a lot of minor to moderate issues.

That’s a lot of minor stuff, minus the small rust issues. 99% of our cruisers could go for a PPI and get picked apart I’m sure. They’re old.
