First time grown up owner IE; responsibility is mine and not my high school BFs mother

Been hunting for 3 years - finally we found each other. Smooth and honest transaction - only delay was waiting 3 weeks for the transport company to pick her up! Alas after an arduous, icey, snowy, cold ride (and not my preferred shipping method- I wanted enclosed/ later told open was faster / three weeks later told best they can do is a sequoia towing it on a trailer
) it arrived- two chunks outta windshield and I wonder if the ride jiggled the gas tank something good cause the bay got sick all over driveway her first night.
226,000 miles- while I donāt have any history of upgrades and service I think aside from maybe radiator, monster custom steel frame (owner number 2s handy work) and 2010 era Kenwood head unit - I think itās OG.
Sheās headed to meet her new āhair stylistā tomorrow to establish baseline and put in new gas tank.
Iām in love- teen dream bucket list SUV!
Most serious work will be outsourced but Iāll be handling what I am comfortable with. Then someday maybe a big swanky restore -
Iāll be certainly be asking for advice and loads of questions!
