So with a little help from Tommy Sutton ($out) finding it, I pulled the trigger on this '85 FJ60 that is in need of a good home, and mine is as good of one as I can think. I have a soft spot for wagons, I think they are more utilitarian than most give them credit for. You can actually take a trip to Lowe's and bring back more than a couple bags of mulch without a trailer. Any ways, not to bag on 40's but I think the 60 fits me better. Any ways, it is another long road to hoe, so i'll get started....

restore or what??

Eh, build it/restore i'll probably fix what is wrong with it, paint it, lift it, keep it mostly stock ish (not in that order) but i'm over the super wheeling machines. I like to drive them too much...

I like it man. Good find

Thanks man, my mother in law couldn't stop saying how good her dinner was, and remember... annual event Sept. 10th Aunt Sue's...

i hope to pull the trigger on a a donor body very very soon for the dent.

I gotta just get this thing to the house first... It is in Sylva, NC and it dies when you press the clutch in, or it tries to idle... Guess i'll be messaging JimC sooner than I thought...

Marshall has carbs, too.

Sweet 60 Jay...... gald you didn't stay out of the game for too long :grinpimp:

Jay have you ever seen the used car dealer ship over in Enka Village, highway 112 I believe, that sells a lot of 100's, 80's, and 60's they always seem to have 8-10 cruisers on the lot. Every time I go by the place has been closed so I never have stopped in.

is that WNC cruisers place? hes all over mud and craigs snatching up cruisers and managing to resale for prices only a dealer could get.

and nice wagon jay ;) despite their resemblence to a block of velvetta the 60's are finally growing on me

Nice find, Jay. Looks like we're becoming a wagon club.
