Just intro, Hello, Dennis from Denver and I am new to the 200 series, and own a 2020 LX570, that I purchased 2 years ago. I am not new to off road and modding. I have owned several hilux, tacoma and newer 4runners. My last projects were kings 2.5 2017 Tacoma and a Kings 2.5 2022 4runner, both TRD off road. I wanted a little more power and purchased a 570 in 2022 and a 2005 sequoia in the same year. Most of my offroading has been in easter utah and SoCal. I have been scanning this forum for a while now. Figured I'd join.

Welcome aboard! How do you like the 570?

I love it. Plushest Toyota I've ever had. I'm not use to this much luxury. And I like it.

So here is a pic in stock form with the 21's. Buuuuuut. There are some changes happening.

The Truck is currently having the hydraulic lift system removed. I was going to wait till out of warranty, but I can't. So, it is getting the Dobinsons, high end suspension with control arms. It is only 2.5 inches of lift, which is enough for me. It is in the shop and here is a pic unfinished yet. The shocks' shaft are about the size of a kings 3.0 I think. Much larger than my kings 2.5's on my Taco.

Looking forward to seeing what you do with this truck!

I have a bunch things I plan on doing once it is out warranty this coming year. For now this will be good for a year. I am going to rry and install 275/65/20's with stock wheels. Hoping that will work with minimal inner fender mods.

May benefit from some spacers, but those should fit just fine with minimal mods. I consider the work I had to do to fit 295/70/18 very minimal and it's really the width that causes more fitment issues, so the 275 should be even easier.

Yeah, that makes sense. Even without spacers 275 should keep me from rubbing control arms. I could provably go to 285 with mimimal spacers. I do have Dobinsons control arms. The guys that are working on my truck built an LC with same tires as yours

Here it is

Definitely catches your eye! The guy who owns that truck owns the dealership I bought my LX from

Nice subtle wrap on that one
Yeah, it's a billboard, but why not advertise if you are a good shop, and they are.

Didn't know the owner has a dealership. Is it in the Lakewood area? I'm likely picking up the truck tomorrow some time. Gonna wait till after winter to get tires. I might get half inch spacers just for a slightly better stance. Also, I had planned on buying sumo's mainly for the rear and forgot. So will add those at some point this year.

Rocky Mountain Eurosport in Parker. Just down the road from where I work. Never met the owner, but saw the truck there a few times and asked about it once. Nice people. Have bought 2 vehicles from them and certainly would again in the future.

Although that was a year or so ago. It had the wrap and all the current mods, but certainly could have changed hands since then.

Yeah, i'v been there. Had a heavily modded 911 turbo and I think we did a couple of meets there.

JC! A zombie-eye bear apparently thirsty for blood or human flesh would not be my choice to wrap a truck that goes into overlanding/off-road. I guess to each their own though.

I hate wild paint jobs, but that doesn't bother me. Besides, he's just swallowing up the Colorado skyline. lol

For those that were interested here is the update. Suspension is in. Works perfect. I may have to adjust it a bit to get rid of some bounce. Ot is set full soft right now. Here they are installed:

Would love to hear a review on this after a few thousand km / miles.

Definitely. Right now I am playing with the rebound and compression settings. I got it back full soft and it felt like I was driving a late 70's cadillac.
