That looks great, although the wings could be just a bit smaller.
Bull bar looks great but the outer loop probably needs to be above headlight or cast a huge shadow from the headlight. One more vote for the bull bat to point forward a bit.

Ok so I cut back the recovery plate per Jose (even though I know he'll never buy one I respect his opinion)
It may seem like it still sticks out a bit but remember I need to run a big fat bead on the 1/2" to wing joint.
Clipped the corner off that runs into the tire just for looks.
The recovery plate only sticks out at it furthest point 1 3/4"
Ok Q & A time.
So this bumper has been dubbed "Bull Crusher" by @jcardona1 because this bumper is gonna crush all the "bull" sh it thats out on the market right now!!!
Lights will be choice of round, square, or none at all. They will be "frenched " in.
There will be a flared version and a flare-less version
I like the Ballistics stuff Jose so maybe I'll add one of their weld on skulls to one of the wings for some flash. http://www.ballisticfabrication.com/Ballistic-Weld-on-Skull_p_1857.html
The winch cover will simply be a bolt on cover
Bull bar shown will be the standard set up. Regular style stinger will also be available on request.

The first iteration was good. This iteration is great!
I am thinking a little more attention will need to be spent on the bull bar though, right now it looks like it will go in front of the headlight too much. Around/above would be better for deer protection and headlight performance. Maybe I am just looking at your sketch wrong though.
Not that I will be able to talk my wife into it, but much better chance then than now. I will at least get in the raffle after payday.

The bull bar in your previous post looks like it will put the tube in the light pattern of the headlight?
Also a big concern for "expo" types is animal strikes over approach and departure angles. Is it possible to increase head light/ grille protection?

This is real time, real deal "web design" at it's finest. First time I have seen something like this on mud where so many members are chiming in to help the Dawg design his stuff... Ih8mud rocks!

And then there's this but this looks a lot like another bumper I know and I'm not trying to rip anyones design off. The deal is if your worried about the lights, which I didnt even think of... then it will have to be above or below... so you guys tell me what you want. Ask and you shall receive.
Where's the crash test video of these bumpers? All I see is 'talk' about them being 'superior'.
