new differential front help

I have just been given a new complete differential for a fj40. i dont need it but i do need cash. i am curious to know if it is a locker or something special. and how much should i sell it for? any help would be great. also the guy i got it from sold me a brand new bestop fj soft top for 75 bucks best deal i have had in a long time!!
